Protégé is a very advanced knowledge-based framework for developing domain-specific systems. It has been developed and used by the medical informatics community for years and has lately been extended with support for RDF. So Protégé does much much more, but can also be used for generating editors for specific RDF applications. It understands both RDF and RDF schemas.
