FOA (short for Formatting Objects Authoring tool) is a graphical XSLT stylesheet editor designed for editing stylesheets that produce XSL-FO output. When using FOA you provide it with input XML files that are already written, and use FOA to create the XSLT stylesheet that will transform the files into XSL-FO documents.
FOA can only work with stylesheets produced either by itself or by WH2FO.
