fxp is a validating XML parser written in Standard ML, a functional programming language in the ML family. fxp has a programming interface, and comes with some example command-line applications. It has only been tested with the Standard ML of New Jersey compiler under Unix, but might well work elsewhere as well. fxp supports XCatalog and Unicode.
