XP is written to be fully-conforming and as fast as possible, with an emphasis is on server-side production use. There is no validation, only well-formedness checking. Even though 0.5 is a beta release it is stable, conformant and fast. A SAX 1.0 driver is included. XP supports several Unicode encodings.
